Where? What? When?

Devoted

The early Christians you meet in the book of Acts were not content to meet once a week for “services as usual.” They met daily, cared daily, searched the Scriptures daily, and increased in number daily. Their Christian faith was a day-to-day reality. The risen Christ was real to them and His resurrection power was very much at work in their lives. Why? Because they were DEVOTED. Join us for this Sunday morning series beginning on August 5th to learn how you can get off the sidelines and become a devoted follower of Christ.

God’s Story – Your Story

Is there any rhyme or reason to the events that are unfolding in our daily lives? According to well-loved, New York Times best-selling author Max Lucado, the answer is a resounding yes! “Your story indwells God’s,” writes Lucado. “Above and around us God directs a grander saga, written by His hand, orchestrated by His will, unveiled according to His calendar. And you are a part of it.” Learn how during our Wednesday evening Bible studies. Our service begins at 7:00 p.m.

Fifth Sunday Dinner

Everyone is invited to our upcoming Fifth Sunday Dinner on July 29. Our worship service, beginning at 11:00 a.m., will feature guest speaker, Justin Stanley, missionary to Australia. Immediately following our time of worship we will gather in our fellowship center for the noon meal. The meal is provided by members of Green Pond Baptist Church. Visitors are considered our special guests and are asked simply to attend, worship, and enjoy! (If you wish to bring a covered dish, anything will be fine.)

Coming in August

Plans are underway and dates will be set for our December services and activities. Check back again for additional information on events such as our Outdoor Live Nativity and Adult Choir Christmas Musical. We’ll post the dates soon so that you can make plans to attend as we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
